Bernard “Scott” Williams died at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Nashua on June 25, 2025. He was born in Nashua, NH on December 4, 1951, son of the late Bernard H. and Rosalie (Welch) Williams.

Scott spent his whole life in Pepperell where he attended the schools and was a graduate of North Middlesex Regional High School. Upon graduation he enlisted in the United States Navy. Upon his return to Pepperell he had been employed at the former Community Garage, as a farm hand at local farms, Cumberland Farms, and was a maintenance man with the Pepperell Housing Authority. He was also very active in American Indian affairs being an ancestral member of the Blackfoot Tribe.

He is survived by his devoted and loving wife of 22 years, Neena (Root) Williams of Pepperell; four siblings, John  of Townsend, Robert of Nashua, NH, Richard of Maine, and sister Betty of Pepperell; as well as many nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, July 16th from 2-4 pm with a funeral service to follow at the McGaffigan Family Funeral Home, 37 Main St. (Rte. 113) Pepperell, MA. For those who wish memorial contributions may be made to the Albert Harris Center, 37 Nashua Rd., Pepperell, MA 01463.
