Charles F. "Chuck" Pillsbury

DeLeon Springs, Florida

Charles F. "Chuck" Pillsbury passed away Monday, July 27th after a brief illness. He was born in Ayer, MA son of James R. and Muriel E. (Ramsey) Pillsbury. He leaves his brothers, Robert E. and wife Barbara of Dade City, FL, James R. of Escondido, CA, and Timothy M. of Ridge Manor, FL; two sisters, Shirley J. Clark of Laconia, NH and Betty A. Pillsbury of Leominster, MA.

He graduated from Pepperell High School and was a U.S. Army veteran. He was a Harness Horse Trainer and driver for many years. He raced at Rockingham, NH, Pompano Beach, Florida, Vernon, New York and also spent some time in Japan. He loved Spring Garden Ranch in DeLeon Springs, FL, where he trained for many years. After retirement he spent a lot of time at the ranch.

At his request there will be no funeral services.

He will be buried at a later date in St. Joseph's Cemetery in Pepperell, MA with his family.
