Christopher Collins Miller, 64, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loved ones, on August 29, 2015.

Christopher was born on December 18, 1950, in Huntington Station, NY, to James and Thelma Miller. The family moved to Townsend, MA, where he grew up with his brothers and sisters at the top of Townsend Hill.

After attending North Middlesex Regional High School, Christopher worked as a printer at NEBS for 35 years.

Christopher was an avid fan of the outdoors, canoeing with friends, or under an old truck, all the while listening to Bruce Springsteen.

He was married for 45 years, to his high school sweetheart, Estella (Chavez) Miller. He leaves his amazing daughters, Rachel Erica Miller, of Pepperell, MA and Carrie Charlotte Parker and her husband, SGT Nick Parker of Townsend, MA.

Grampy also leaves behind the lights of his life, his beautiful, extraordinary, brilliant granddaughters, Darian and Mackenzie.

Christopher is survived by his brothers and sisters, Donald Miller and his wife Sheila of Townsend, MA, Roger Miller, and his wife Pam of Ashby, MA, Ruthellen Kellogg, and her husband Keith of Meredith, NH and Heather Adamik, and her husband Jay of Florida. His mother in law Ruth Chavez of Pepperell, MA, sister in law, Beatrice Pirtle of Texas, and many, many well - loved cousins, nieces and nephews.

There will be a " Celebration of Life' on Saturday November 7, 2015 from 2-6pm, at Bailey's on the Green, Townsend Ridge Country Club 40 Scales Lane, Townsend, MA.
