Deborah Acton

Deborah J. Acton, age 71, of Leominster, formerly of Pepperell, MA passed away April 25, 2026 after a brief illness.

Deborah worked for Mass General Hospital for 21 years and prided herself on her extensive medical vocabulary and spelling. Deborah was a "Badass" single mother of two girls Tiffany and Rebecca who she loved and cherished deeply. Deborah loved hard and had no problem showing it.

Deb found her true calling with the birth of Duncan her first grandson, being a Nanny was one thing she truly wanted. With Amanda came her princess and best friend, and Tanner and Trevor were a joy and love unlike any other.

Deborah never judged and would help in any way she could. Her smile, loyalty and love of animals was unmatched.

Deborah was preceeded in death by her mother Flora Smith, her father Edward Smith Sr, her brother Edward Smith Jr., and her husband James Acton.

Deborah is survived by her precious dog Willow, her daughter Tiffany and Brian Moniz and 6 grand fur babies of Tucson, AZ, her daughter Rebecca and Scott Baron/Maciel of Pepperell, MA, four grandchildren Duncan, Amanda, Trevor and Tanner, her sister Paula Deming of Wilmington MA, James Smith of Florida, along with many nieces nephews and friends.
