Deborah E. Outing

Deborah E. Outing of Lunenburg, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on May 21, 2025, after a long illness.

Born and raised in Bavaria, Germany, Deborah eventually made Massachusetts her home. She was predeceased by her beloved parents, Pauline and Joseph Outing. She leaves behind numerous cherished family members and friends who will deeply miss her warmth, compassion, and unwavering spirit.

Deborah dedicated over 30 years of service to the VA Hospital in Bedford, MA, where she was a tireless advocate for fairness and equality, championing anti-discrimination efforts through the EEOC.

A true citizen of the world, Deborah had a passion for travel and a deep love of nature. She found joy in exploring parks throughout the state and was devoted to rescuing animals, often volunteering at her local animal shelter. Fluent in German, she loved staying connected to her roots and frequently visited family in Germany.

Deborah’s kind heart, fierce integrity, and boundless curiosity made a lasting impact on everyone who knew her. She will be profoundly missed and lovingly remembered.
