Elizabeth L. "Betty" Koch, 72, of Pepperell, died at the Life Care Center of Nashoba Valley on Friday, January 24th, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, on December 14, 1941, and moved to Pepperell, Massachusetts, in July of 1955. She attended Pepperell High School and graduated with the class of 1959.
She spent several years working for the Law Office of John L. Lorden, New England Computers and Mercury Computer Systems.
Betty was a proud Hawaiian and a woman of tremendous faith, strength, courage and love. More than anything, she was devoted Mother, Grandmother, Sister and Aunt. She was a beautiful person with a huge heart who left a lasting impression on everyone she met. She will be greatly missed by all of those who had the honor of knowing her.
Betty is survived by her loving family, including three sons, Curtis Koch and his girlfriend Jean Kolinski of Venice, Florida, Glenn Koch and his wife Lisa of Stoughton, Massachusetts, and Stephen Koch and his wife Kerry of Marlborough, Massachusetts; a daughter, Christine Koch of Ayer, Massachusetts; eight grandchildren, Katie Rushford and her husband Josh of Leominster, Massachusetts, Shaun Koch and Kyle Koch, both of Venice, Florida, Annabelle Williams of Ayer, Massachusetts, Zachary Koch, Leah Koch and Adyson Koch, all of Marlborough, Massachusetts, and Justin Koch of Stoughton, Massachusetts; two great-grandchildren, Riley Rushford of Leominster, Massachusetts and Lani Pitre of Marlborough, Massachusetts; a brother, Robert Grogg and his wife Judy of Pepperell, Massachusetts; a sister, Audrey Holden and her husband Malcom of Hollis, New Hampshire; and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her beloved son, Victor Koch of Pepperell and her brother Thomas Grogg of Nashua, New Hampshire.
