Jeanne Claire Gray

Jeanne Claire (McClatchy) Gray, 84, of Fitchburg, formerly of Pepperell, passed away on August 8, 2023 at Elliott Hospital in Manchester, NH. She was born on April 6, 1939 in Boston, Massachusetts, a daughter of Mary (Teahan) and John McClatchy.

In addition to her husband, Bernard Gray, Jeanne is survived by her children: Jeanne Louise Gray of Mason, NH, Katherine Claire Jameson of Mason, NH, Douglas Nelson Gray (Gail) of Fitchburg, MA and Daegan Andrew Gray of Townsend. She was predeceased by sons Bernard Harrison Gray (2011) and Duncan Francis Gray (1965) and siblings Harry McClatchy and Marion Hemily.

Visiting hours will be held in the McGaffigan Family Funeral Home, 37 Main St., (Rte. 113) Pepperell, MA on Friday, September 22^nd from 5 – 8 pm. Jeanne’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Grace Parish worshiping at St. Joseph Church, 28 Tarbell St., Pepperell, MA on Saturday, September 23^rd at 10 am.
