John Thomas ("Johnny Boy") Penniman

It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of John T. Penniman of Leominster, Ma John was born on March 14, 1986 and died suddenly and unexpectedly on February 24th, 2017 at Leominster Hospital.

He was the beloved son of Thomas and Jean (Bartlett) Penniman of Leominster and the beloved  brother of Jenny Marie Penniman of Fitchburg Ma, Amy Marie Penniman of Richmond NH, Michael J. Penniman of Leominster Ma, and Jason W. Penniman of Greenfield, Ma.

He is also survived by his Maternal Grandmother Eleanor West of Reading, MA, and his Paternal Grandmother Shirley Penniman of Acton, Ma as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Eternal rest grant unto him O Lord and let perpetual light shine upon him.  May his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.  Please pray for his soul.

A visitation will be held at St. Benedict Abbey 252 Still River Rd. Still River, (Harvard) MA. Thursday March 2, from 10 -11 AM followed by a Funeral Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM in the Abbey Chapel. Burial to follow in St. Anthony’s Cemetery Shaker Rd. Shirley. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his memory to St. Benedict Abbey P.O. Box 67 Still River, MA 01467.
