Joshua Michael Vest

Joshua Michael Vest, at the age of 40, unexpectedly left us on October 21, 2026.

Josh was born on August 1, 1986 to Mike and Marylou Vest at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Josh went to high school in Arlington and then became the first in his family to go to college; attending Becker College to play football.

He enjoyed spending time with his family and beloved pets. He loved to cook, showing his love through his cooking. He enjoyed providing delicious meals to family and friends and seeing their faces light up when tasting his food.

Josh is survived by his parents Mike and Marylou, brothers Mike Jr, and Matt, niece Thalia, sister-in-law Heather, and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. Josh is predeceased by his brother, James Patrick Vest, who passed away in 2020. 

Services for Josh will be held on Wednesday, November 4, 2026 at Pepperell Christian Fellowship Church, 17 Main St. Pepperell, MA. A visitation will be held from 10 – 11 AM, with services to follow. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment Hillside Cemetery, Townsend.
