Norma Jean "Cricket" Caron

Cricket, a resident of Pepperell, MA for the last 43 years, was born in Cambridge, MA and grew up in Winchester, MA and Greenwich, CT. She graduated from The MacDuffie School for Girls in Springfield, MA and also attended Tufts University. After a battle with lung cancer, she passed away peacefully with her family at her bedside and has gone home to be with the Lord.
Cricket was the daughter of Harley Hart and Muriel Hart (Eyster) and beloved wife of the late Reverend William A. Caron for over 30 years. She will forever be remembered and loved by her three children, Wendy, Mark and Christopher, her eight grandchildren, Sandra Blood (Tarr), Jason Wolf, Troy Wolf, Brittany Tyler, Emmett Caron, Jessica Caron, Sean Gangnon and Nicholette Cournoyer, her two great grandchildren Brody Blood and Jordyn Blood, caring in-laws Wally Tyler, Erin Caron and Amy Wolf along with countless other friends and family whom were blessed to know her.
Cricket loved Jesus and made it a point to talk to as many people about Him as she could. She loved spending time with all her kids, making flower arrangements, gardening, crafting, crocheting and giving of her time to others.
Cricket touched the lives of so many people over the years with her smile and generosity and maintained her sense of humor all the way to the end. To celebrate her life, a memorial service will be held on October 24th, 10AM at Pepperell Christian Fellowship, 17 Main Street, Pepperell, MA.
In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in memory of Cricket Caron to support cancer research and patient care. Donations can be sent to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284 or online at www.dana-farber.org/gift .
