ReBecca D. Parlon

ReBecca D. Parlon, 32, of Groton, Massachusetts, passed away unexpectedly on August 18, 2026. Her unexpected passing has left an immeasurable hole in the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.

ReBecca was truly one of a kind. She was a spitfire in every sense of the word, strong-willed, full of personality, fiercely loving, and never afraid to be exactly who she was. There was simply no one else like her. To know ReBecca was an honor, and to love her was a gift. She had a way of making herself unforgettable, and her presence could light up any room she entered. Beneath that spitfire was an incredibly kind, caring, and loving woman. ReBecca had a heart that was bigger than she often let people see. She cared deeply for the people she loved and would do whatever she could for those who mattered to her. She was warm, compassionate, funny, and her smile was something those around her will never forget. Above all else, ReBecca was a wonderful mother. Her children were her world. She loved her children unconditionally, and so much of who she was revolved around being their mom. They will carry her love, her strength, her laughter, and her spirit with them always.

ReBecca worked hard to build a life for herself and her family. After earning her GED, she went on to become a medical assistant and worked as a bus driver for the Groton School District, a testament to her determination and strength.

ReBecca was predeceased by her grandmother Lola Parlon and her grandfather Larry Parlon. She leaves behind her beloved children, Sheamus, Lola, and Gracelyn Therrien, her mother Maureen Parlon, her fiancé, Andrew Lombardo, along with his mother Amy Shakarian Lombardo, who was like a mother to her, and his brother Matt Lombardo. She is also survived by her uncle Larry Parlon and his wife Johanna, her Uncle Mark Parlon, her brother Todd Wader, her cousin Sean Parlon and his wife Ashley, her best friend Megan Veilleux and countless more aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and loved ones who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.

There are some people who come into our lives and leave footprints on our hearts that can never be erased. ReBecca was one of those people. She was loud, loving, stubborn, hilarious, caring, protective, and completely herself. She was a beautiful soul who could never be replaced. She will be missed more than words can ever express.

A Celebration of Life honoring ReBecca will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, with the gathering continuing longer if needed. Family and friends are invited to come together to remember, celebrate, and share memories of a truly one of a kind woman whose life touched so many. The celebration will be held at Musketaquid Sportsmen’s Club, 250 Old Mill Road, Concord, MA 01742. All who knew and loved ReBecca are welcome to join us in celebrating her life and keeping her memory alive.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to a trust established for ReBecca’s three children, to help support their future in her memory.
