Christopher William Weiss

Christopher Weiss, a Recovery Sponsor and resident of Pepperell, MA, died unexpectedly on December 29, 2019 at the age of 36 while recovering from surgery.

Chris is survived by his brothers Michael Weiss and Jonathan (Kaitlin) Weiss of Charlestown, and his nieces Harper and Hadley Weiss. He was predeceased by his father Kenneth Weiss and mother Denise Drapeau Weiss.

Chris was born in Lowell, MA on October 29, 1983. He graduated from Springfield College in 2012 with a degree in Business and worked as a Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern.

Chris was a devoted Uncle, a talented hockey player, and he was dedicated to helping people with addiction issues; his motto was “it’s never too late to ask for help”. Chris was spiritual and compassionate, and he spent much of his time involved in organizations that helped children deal with abuse and addiction. Chris was a problem-solver who was often tasked with difficult and unwanted projects both at work and around the house.

Chris will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
