Lois A. (Caswell) Maxner

Maxner, Lois A. (Caswell) of Milford, NH, November 6, 2021, age 81. Cherished and treasured wife of Stephen C. Maxner, daughter of the late Louis G. Carota and Helen F. Carota, and loving and caring sister to her brother, sisters, and their families. An adoring and devoted mother of Scott G. Caswell and wife Julie of Groton, MA, Glenn B. Caswell and wife Sandra of Pepperell, MA, and Alison T. Wiggins (Caswell) and her husband Thomas of Nantucket, MA, and stepdaughters Wendy Maxner of Westbrook, ME, Wanda Ring of Gouldsboro, ME, and Rhonda Hamilton of Chino Valley, AZ. Mom is an ardent gardener with an intense zeal for home economics which was imbibed by her students, children, and grandchildren. Lois is survived by her grandchildren, Marissa Vukaj (Caswell), Logan Caswell, Brittany Mixon (Caswell), Ryan Caswell, Justin Wiggins, Isabelle Wiggins, Casey Hamilton, Larissa Hinshaw (Hamilton), Joshua Ring, and Christopher Ring, her 7 great grandchildren, her many nieces and nephews, and her relentless passion for all that is good in the world.

A Memorial Service will be celebrated at the Union Congregational Church, 218 Main St. Groton, MA on Friday, November 12, 2021 at 10 a.m. For those who wish, memorial contributions may be made to the Epilepsy Foundation, Attn: Donor Services, 3540 Crain Highway Suite 675, Bowie, MD 20716 ( www.epilepsy.com )
