Marie Ellen Anderson

Marie E. Anderson of Pepperell, MA passed away peacefully on April 24, 2021 at High Pointe House in Haverhill, MA with family by her side after a courageous battle with calciphylaxis and kidney failure. She was the beloved wife of Robert J. Anderson.

Born in Stoneham, MA, she was the cherished daughter of the late Viola (Mulcahy) D’Aiuto and the late Francis Bulens. Marie worked as an accounting/office manager for the vast majority of her career before retiring from Dec-E-Tech in Tyngsborough, MA. Her great joys were traveling with her husband of 52 years and spending time with her family and rescue dog Winnie. Marie also loved quilting and sewing and was an active member of the Squanicook Colonial Quilt Guild in Townsend, MA where she enjoyed both planning and attending quilt retreats.

She is survived by her loving husband Robert, son Robert (daughter-in-law Julie), daughter Kiersten (Todd), and four grandchildren: Ryann, Robbie, Brady, and Dylan. She also leaves behind her brother William Bulens (sister-in-law Denise) and their four children.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to a walk-through visitation in the McGaffigan Family Funeral Home, 37 Main St. (Rte. 113) Pepperell, MA on Sunday, May 2, 2021 from 5 - 7 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Grace Parish worshipping at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 28 Tarbell St., Pepperell on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at 10 a.m.
