Nancy Jean (Taylor) Winch

Nancy Jean (Taylor) Winch, 72, of Pepperell, MA passed away unexpectedly surrounded by family on March 21st, 2023. Nancy was born in Lowell, MA on February 9, 1951 daughter of the late Frederick Francis and Theresa (Lepine) Taylor.

Nancy was the most kindhearted and thoughtful soul. She will be missed and remembered by the many lives she touched.

Nancy joined the United States Army in 1973; she was stationed in San Antonio, TX and Fort Devens, MA. Nancy was very active in the community of Pepperell, working at Charlotte's Cozy Kitchen and St. Joseph’s Church. She livened up the senior center wearing her festive costumes! She was always the life of a party! Nancy is strongly commended for her family dedication and caretaking for her husband, Ron, Pepperell’s former Fire Captain.

Nancy loved traveling and making new friends everywhere she went. She loved going on cruises and traveled to several islands. She spent years camping in Cape Cod with her family. Nancy's favorite place of all was Walt Disney World where she vacationed often. She loved all things Disney - Mickey Mouse especially!

Nancy is survived by her beloved husband, Ronald C. Winch of Pepperell; son Francis Taylor and wife Andrea of Halifax, and daughter Emily Taylor and fiancé Luis Pedraza of Tyngsboro; grandchildren Caleb and and Jonah Taylor; and brother Michael F. Taylor of Pepperell. She was predeceased by her siblings John Taylor and Gail Taylor.

Graveside services will be held at Association Cemetery, Park Street, Pepperell, MA on Monday, March 27th, 2023 at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. In lieu of flowers, donations in Nancy's memory may be made to a local humane society of one's choosing.
